I have been on staff at Fairview since March 2011.  After graduating from high school in 2002, I worked in the youth department for 7 years as a worship leader, small group leader and youth drama leader.  During this time I also served as one of our 3 year old Sunday school teachers and worked in VBS.  In June 2007 I married my high school sweet heart, Ashleigh.  We currently have two children, Parker who was born in June 2009 and Brody who was born in August 2011.  I felt the calling to the ministry in 2009 when I began working in the Children's department full-time.  I love the children here at Fairview and long to see them come to know Christ and come to know Him more.

Hello!  My name is Jessica Criswell and I am 33 years old.  I have been a Christian since I was 8 years old.  Before following the Lord's lead and taking over as Sunday school Director I worked in AWANA for 5 years.  I have been the Sunday school Director at Fairview since July 2011 and absolutely love our children!

I have been married to my husband Geromy for 15 years and we have two children, Mackenzie who is 12 and Macie who would have been 6 had she lived.  I love to go camping, to the lake, scrapbooking, and traveling to new places!

I have been around the Awana Ministry since I was in 5th grade and attended what was then called the Guards Club for 5th and 6th grade girls. I have served in the Awana Ministry since 1999 as Sparks Leader, Sparks Director, and since 2008 Commander. This ministry has meant so much to me over the years from attending as a child, to having a child start in Cubbies and go through all the programs, to seeing other children learn to Know, Love and Serve our Lord Jesus Christ! The bible says in Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Let the children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for such is the kingdom of heaven. This is what the Awana Ministry is all about bringing children to a closer relationship with our Lord.

My husband (Gary) and I have been married since 2004 and moved to Knoxville from Ohio in 2006. We have a son Robbie Kincaid that attends Holston Middle School. Some hobbies I enjoy are time with family, watching my son play soccer, and scrapbooking.

     My Husband William and I have been married for 30 years, we both were born and raised in Ohio, moved to Knoxville in the early 1980’s, and have been members of Fairview for over 22 years.  We came to Fairview when our girls Natalie & Monica were babies, now they both have families of their own and are members of Fairview as well.  I have served in many areas of the church over the years, most have involved children.  They truly are a gift from God and this is where my heart is.  The preschool years are so very important; it is when your children start learning about Jesus and how much he loves them!  Working in the preschool department can be challenging at times but it is such a blessing to see those precious smiling faces and be part of their discovery of Life with Jesus!  I have witnessed many changes at Fairview over the years but one thing has never changed…this church loves the Lord and there is no place I would rather be.

Hi! My name is Ronna Gregory and I love children. God has put this passion in my heart and I love serving Him through the preschool ministry. I am married to the love of my life, Corey, and we have a precious baby boy named, Beau. We have a Great Dane named Gretchen who thinks she is a person! We love to spend time together and just be at home! I have been at Fairview for 10 years and  enjoyed every minute of it! God is alwasys present and always working.

Hello! My name is Cynthia Angel and my husband Ronnie, twins Austin and Abby, have been at Fairview since 2009.  The summer music camp brought us to the church to visit.  Then we were so excited to see all the church had to offer for our entire family.  We immediately became involved in Sunday School and after one year an opportunity came for me to teach 1st grade.  I have always had a special place in my heart for 1st graders.  In the fall of 2011, the Lord provided an opportunity for me to work with James and Khristanne on Winterfest.  This is a fabulous opportunity to reward the children that are faithfully attending Sunday School.  All I can say about Winterfest is W0W!  It is an event completely led by God and his hand.  I would encourage parents and children to get in a Sunday school class so you don't miss out on this incredible event!

WinterFest is such an exciting new ministry and I am thrilled to be involved in it!! It will be such an encouragement to our children to be rewarded for being involved in Sunday School and AWANA on a weekly basis, as the Lord would desire for them.  My husband, Steve, and I have lived in Knoxville since the fall of 2005. We have three beautiful daughters, Emma, Sara, and Olivia who are growing in their relationship with the Lord because of the wonderful children's and youth ministries at FBC. I currently serve in the Celebration Choir and as a 5th grade Sunday School teacher. I enjoy helping out with VBS and other ministries. Away from church, I am a Special Ed Instructional Assistant.
